MQN unterstützt die zahlreichen Pflegeheime in Eschweiler bei der Versorgung der Bewohner an Wochenenden und Mittwochs. Die Zahl der Pflegebedürftigen wird in den nächsten Jahren drastisch steigen. Zudem müssen über 55000 Einwohner über einen ärztlichen Notdienst versorgt werden, darunter auch Menschen, die ambulant pflegebetreut werden. Wie soll dies garantiert werden? Und mit welchem Aufwand, Zumutbarkeiten und Wartezeiten? Wäre Hilfeleistung in Zukunft gewährleistet? Eine Reduzierung erwünscht?
