Ein neues Bad für alle. Seit Jahrzehnten werden die zahlenden Besucher immer weniger: Von 292.000 (1978) kamen 2015 gerade noch 83.000 in beide Stadtteilbäder. Städtischer Zuschuss: 17 Euro pro Eintrittskarte! Im künftigen Konzept gilt: erweiterte Öffnungszeiten für Schulen, Vereine und private Schwimmer – wirtschaftlich in einem Bad.
