Stillegung, Entwidmen

Wichtig, da das Gesetzt zeigt, dass das Stillegungsmoratorium nur ein Lippenbekenntnis ist. Mehr stillegen geht nicht mehr. Gewidmete Trassen freihalten, damit wir einen Umbau zu einer Klimaneutralen, aber auch menschenfreundlicheren Infrastruktur überhaupt schaffen ist die derzeitige Devise!

Reisekultur - nicht zu verachten

Vergegenwärtigen wir uns, dass es sich um eine Infrastruktur im wahrsten Wortsinne mit Nachhaltigkeit handelt, bloß eben mit dem Umstand, dass die Verhaltensweisen von Menschen andere Wege genommen haben. Das allerdings muss nicht unbedingt auf Immer & Ewig so sein. Was heute noch als Umweg begriffen wird, kann morgen wiederum ein Weg sein - und zwar genau dann, wenn a) das Zeitverstreichen anders wahrgenommen wird oder, b), die Zeit in Zügen anders genutzt wird, als sie nur eben als vertane Zeit zu begreifen.
