Anreiz zur Energieverschwendung

Eine Erhöhung der Pendlerpauschale ist nicht sinnvoll, da der Anreiz zum Energiesparen leider nur über den Preis funkzioniert. Deshalb ist dann auch nur eine mit der Entfernung sinkende Pendlerpauschale verantwortbar.
