Verdeckter Narzissmus

Weil die Narben der Seele mindestens so schlimm sind wie äussere Verletzungen, nur sieht sie keiner und werden meist noch ohne Beisein von Zeugen dem Opfer zugefügt. Das Opfer verliert jeglichen Selbstwert und bleibt schwer traumatisiert zurück, weggeworfen wie Müll!!!

Bestehende Strafbarkeit

Psychische Schäden werden bereits durch diverese Straftatbestände abgedeckt. Bei dauerhaften körperlichen Schäden (sog. pathologische Zustände) kann mitunter der Straftatbestand der Körperverletzung (§ 223 StGB) verwirklicht sein. Im Übrigen ist auch das Aufzwingen/Brechen/Schädigen der freien Willensbetätigung durch psychsiche Gewalt als vis compulsiva oder vis absoluta vom Straftatbestand der Nötigung (§ 240 StGB) umfasst. Es ist demnach eher eine gesellschaftspolitische Frage - nämlich, wie die Geselslchaft Räume für Missbrauchsopfer schafft -, keine juristische.
