Hi, I am from Spain. I graduated from Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland in June 2019. I submitted to the Spanish Ministry of Health my MD diploma...and it was rejected. Same as you brothers. According to Annex V, table 5.1.1 my Polish Medical diploma does not comply with the directive 2005/36/CE. I have to take LEK and STAZ. I don't speak polish and in Spain the staz or internship does not exist. Now, I am unemployed trying to find a solution.
