Weil die übernommene Miete vom Jobcenter von der tatsächlichen zu zahlenden Miete abweicht. Für eine 50m²-Wohnung in Neumünster liegt der durchschnittliche Mietpreis (Kaltmiete) 2023 bei 8,39 EUR/m². Für eine 70m² große Wohnung zahlt man zur Zeit 8,19 EUR/m².

Wohnen bedeutet Lebensqualität. Je besser die Lebensqualität, desto wohler fühlt man sich. Wenn man sich wohl fühlt, hat der Kopf mehr Platz für positive Gedanken. Es gibt Studien über den Zusammenhang zwischen Wohnstress in Städten und psychischer Gesundheit.
