Ich selber gehöre noch zu den Jahrgängen die bis 7,5 Tonnen fahren dürfen. Mein Wohnmobil hat 4,5 Tonnen und ist auch nicht größer als andere. Aber ich habe bei der Zuladung den nötigen Spielraum und fahre nicht wie viele andere Illegal in der Gegend herum. Ich sage gleiches Recht für alle.

Dass Handwerker ihre Transporter überladen, weil sie nicht die Qualifikation haben ein passendes Fahrzeug zu bedienen, ist kein gültiges Argument. Ein Gesetz dem nicht geahndet Fehlverhalten anzupassen ist keine gute Idee.

Dafür gibt es den Führerschein Klasse C bzw. C1. Jemand der in einem Ford Fiesta fahren gelernt hat, sollte zu Recht nicht einfach einen extra-langen 5t Transporter fahren dürfen. Sowas fordert Erfahrung und Unterweisung, eben einen Extra-Führerschein. Trägheit, Fahrverhalten, Ausscheren beim Abbiegen und vor allem Rückwärtsfahren ohne Assistenzsysteme ist da eine ganz andere Liga.
