Wegen der Klärung eines Vornamens (Parsimonius) von insgesamt zehn Vornamen, Parsimonius(die Sparsamkeit), Quintus(der Fünfte), Tobias(hebr. Gott ist gut ), Tang(der Vollender), Tai(der Friede), Tao(der Weg), Vincent(lat. der Siegende), Optatus(lat. der Erwünschte), Martin(abgeleitet von Mars), Simon(hebr. ruhmreich, kundbar)konnte das Kind (noch) nicht beurkundet werden. Der Standesbeamte übersandte den Vorgang zuständigkeitshalber an das Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach.

Bücher

Auszug aus dem Protokoll zur Sitzung vom 22.06.2012: Herr Huber machte deutlich, dass er seine Aufgabe auch heute noch darin sieht, seinen Sohn zu schützen. Er sei der Meinung, dass sein Sohn die folgenden Bücher in seinem Beisein gelesen haben sollte. Hierbei handele es sich um folgende Bücher: Schwarzbuch Jugendamt, die Deutsche Schande, der Kinderklau und Sorgenfall Familienrecht. Ferner wurde von Seiten der Eheleute Huber die Auffassung geäußert, dass Deutschland im Moment kein Rechtsstaat sei, so dass die Elternrechte gegebenenfalls aus dem Ausland geltend gemacht werden.
