Angemessenes Gehalt!

Förderlehrerinnen, sind es ja meistens, leisten häufig so viele Stunden wie Vollzeitlehrkräfte in sehr komplizierten Gruppen. Oft vertreten sie auch noch, wenn die Regellehrkraft fehlt! Dazu kommen auch noch die Stunden in der „Schulverwaltung“. Gleiche Arbeit, gleiches Geld!
