Euro bonds only promote spending of already corrupt governments. The money would not be invested in the people, infrastructure and education, the past already showed this. Financial aid is always requested by the same countries with intransparent financial behaviour and right wing tendency governments which on the other hand defy the EU. What if all countries burn their savings and create debts? Who is going to pay for social programs? Italy, Spain???
