What is the purpose of this act. People invest in art because it is the only safety method to preserve your pension. Gold,bonds and currencies are not good for invest. So governments want to made legal dam for art trade. It will be done because the governments are without feelings. They will crush everyone who don't do the things on his way. We must to fight for old-fashion way of trading.To much control mean that so many items will be sold at black market and the price will be different. They will made only chaos with new regulations.
