Cultural Heritage - serial objects are different
Preserving Cultural History is a Very Delicate Thing! To overdue it with good intentions, can be very harmful for the sites and the objects as well. The Portal Antiquities Act in the UK showed how it is done to the best of scholarship and society which is based on liberal law and democratic property rights.
