Die steigende Anzahl der Einwohner von Landshut erfordert immer mehr Wohnraum. Dies führt zu immens steigenden Mieten. Die SPD Landshut will deshalb eine gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugesellschaft für unsere Stadt um bezahlbare Mieten für Familien und sozial Bedürftige zu erhalten.
