Wenn das Begehren ausschließlich anerkannte Flüchtlinge betrifft, wäre das ok. Leider können immer noch Menschen bleiben, deren Asylantrag abgelehnt wurde und das darf nicht sein!

Bei Streichung von 4 (wegen der Kosten) und Umformulierung/Ausarbeitung von 6 (viel zu anfällig für Manipulation) wäre es unterstützenswert. Was fehlt zum aktuellen Stand?
