Wir haben in unserem steinreichen Land alle Möglichkeiten die Weidetiere wirksam zu schützen, notfalls mit Zaun UND Herdenschutzhunden. Es ist nicht zu viel verlangt sich an geänderte Bedingungen an zu passen.

Regulation ist notwendig

Pferde müssen zur artgerechten Haltung auf die Weide. dort gelten sie wegen ihrer Größe nicht als Beutetier der Wölfe. So weit die Theorie. In der Praxis reißen Wölfe auch Pferde. Wölfe haben schon mehrfach geschützte Tiere hinter hohen Zäunen gerissen. Dies wird zunehmen. Deswegen gehören auffällige Wölfe geschossen.

Ausnahme

Wie die letzten Wochen zeigen, überwinden einige Wölfe auch hohe Zäune, die extra gegen Wölfe aufgebaut wurden. Deshalb leiden manche Schaf- und Pferdebesitzer, auch die Weidehaltung von Kühen ist gefährdet. Ein Abschuss in wenigen Ausnahmefällen sollte durch qualifizierte Jäger erfolgen dürfen.
