Hundekot, Tierheim

Was suchen die Hunde in einer Stadt? Arme Tiere die hier gehalten werden. Nicht artgerecht. Bürgersteige, Wiesen usw voll mit Kot. Kinder können sich dort nicht mehr aufhalten. Hunde werden extra gezüchtet für den Profit. Sollte man sich einen Hund nicht mehr in der Stadt erlauben können, werden weniger gezüchtet. Weniger im Tierheim. (Bedarf natürlich einer Anlaufzeit). Somit mein Vorschlag: Neue Hunde extrem hohe Hundesteuer. Für alle Hundebesitzer: extrem hohe Bestrafung bei Verunreinigung.
