Stadtklima

Der Erhalt grüner Finger, grüner Flächen und natürlicher Lebensräume ist für ein gesundes Stadtklima sehr wichtig. Das Fällen gesunder, alter Bäumbestände um womöglich, ein mehrheitlich gewerblich genutzten Komplex zu errichten, klingt eher nach einer Zeitreise ins Jahr 1990, wo Klimaschutz leider einen eher beiläufigen Stellenwert hatte. Rar gewordene Lebensräume für einheimische Tiere werden bei solchen Projekten gerne übersehen.

Diese Freiflächen sind als Kaltluftschneisen und auch Naturräume für den unteren Schinkel, bei Hitze im Sommer einfach unbedingt notwendig.
