Das Gesetz ist auf der Seite der IGS - Schüler, auch wenn Teile des Kreistages dies nicht wahrhaben wollen: Die Oberstufe gehört zu einer IGS grundsätzlich dazu. Bei einer so großen Schule wie der IGS Celle also erst recht. Darauf müssen Eltern und Schüler sich verlassen können.

Bildung, Qualität, Abwanderung, Senkung Anforderungen

Das Abitur ist eine Reifeprüfung, die eine Aussage darüber macht, welche Stufe die Bildung des Inhabers erreicht hat. Das wird qualitativ in Noten (Punkten) dargestellt. Bekanntermaßen sind die Noten an einer IGS um 1-2 Noten besser als die vergleichbaren an einem Gymnasium. Würde also auch auf der IGS die Möglichkeit einer Abitur-Prüfung ermöglicht werden, so würde das allgemeine Bildungsstand weiter sinken, denn die richtigen Gymnasien müßten ihre Anforderungen senken, um keine Schüler zu verlieren. Aus diesem Grunde ist die GO an der IGS grundsätzlich abzulehnen.
