Gesetz und Recht

Unser Rechtssystem ist so überaltert, dass immer noch ein Gelddelikt mehr bestraft wird als Sachen, die eigentlich viel schlimmer sind! Diesem Rechtsystem, von Reichen entworfen, ist Leben scheinbar weniger wichtig, als das Geld, denn niemand sollte es wagen, sie zu betrügen oder zu bestehlen. Eine Reformation ist längst überfällig! Denn das gefühlte Unrecht ist für jeden erkennbar. Wenn diese Gesetzgebung wirklich etwas für ihr Volk tun will, dann reformiere sie diesen Misstand endlich!

Wiederholungstäter verhindern

Die Rückfallgefahr ist zu hoch, die Opfer müssen geschützt werden. Gerade Missbrauch an Kindern, den Wehrlosesten, muss härteste Strafen zur Folge haben. Es dient hoffentlich der Abschreckung und verhindert Wiederholungstäter.

Menschenwürde ist unantastbar

In den USA gibt es auch die Todesstrafe. Sie ist unmenschlich und es werden immer noch viele Morde verübt. Wer die Menschenwürde, die in Deutschland ALLEN zusteht (ja, auch denen, die sich falsch verhalten), nicht zu schätzen weiß, der sollte überlegen, ob er lieber in den USA leben möchte. Größtmögliche Sicherheit ist nur mit größter Überwachung und Strafe zu erzielen. Merkt ihr was? Hatten wir alles schon.
