Es gibt bereits eine Arbeitsschutzregelung, die gesetzlich ist. Und wenn euer Arbeitgeber dies ignoriert, dass streikt ihr einfach. Wir hatten damals eine Versammlung einberufen. Gewerkschaft und Betriebsrat (gründet doch einfach einen) einschalten. Punkt aus.
