Es ist doch sehr schade, dass es soweit kommen musste!! Das muss doch eine „Ehre“ für Ingelheim sein, seine Bürger und die der Umgebung mit einem funktionierenden KH zu versorgen!! Hier muss die Stadt die Fehler einsehen und eine ordentliche Verwaltung-/Stab einsetzen, dann „läuft“ es auch!!!!

Die Klinik ist Familär die Patientenversorgung steht hier an erster Stelle! Stadt Ingelheim wächst und wächst hier braucht es eine Patientenversorgung. Die Mitarbeiter sind Motiviert bleiben trotz allen Schwierigkeiten am Ball sind weiter für die Patienten da weil sie die Atmosphäre dieses Hauses schätzen!

Es wird doch auch für große Krankenhäuser schon schwierig, alle Stellen zu besetzen, um rund um die Uhr den Betrieb sicher zu stellen. Für kleine Krankenhäuser isr das auch nicht einfacher.
