A worthy citizen
Hassan saved the woman's life, the authorities are about to destroy his. Humanity is more important than bureaucracy. Hassan deserves to be judged according to what he did. Numerous German citizens watched and did nothing. Even the police took minutes to assist him. The City of Freiburg should be proud of him.
