Es ist ein wichtiger Park für die Anwohner, die Schulkinder des Ratsgymnasiums, da der Drogenpark neben dem Gymnasium von den Kindern abgelehnt wird. Außerdem müsste die Fläche archäologisch erschlossen werden, da es geschichtsträchtiger Boden ist.

Anscheinend besteht ausreichend Nachfrage an stadtnahen Wohnungen, denn sonst würde kein Investor Wohnungen bauen.
