Die bereits von Russland in Kaliningrad installierten Raketen haben das Potential, deutschen, Boden und den vieler weiterer Natostaaten zu erreichen. Eine Stationierung von vergleichbaren Waffensystemen in Deutschland könnte als Abschreckung dienen.
