Kosten

Massenproduktion führt zu deutlichen Einsparungen. Solche Häuser wären so teuer wie Luxusimmobilien. Lediglich die Heizkosten sind etwas geringer. Man bedenke auch den zusätzlichen bürokratischen Aufwand und Sicherheitsaspekte (Feuerwehrmann kann nur krabbeln). Außerdem grenzt man die Kleinwüchsigen so nur aus.
