Es gibt bereits viele Informationen, die von der KVB über die App gesendet werden. Weitere Durchsagen ergeben wenig Sinn und belästigen die Anwohner. Vielmehr sollten die Apps verbessert werden. Jeder Mensch soll die Möglichkeit haben, seine persönlichen Durchsagen über seinen Kopfhörer empfangen zu können.
