Düsseldorf hat erkannt das Tanzen an einem öffentlichen Ort keine Bedrohung ist

In Düsseldorf gab es eine ähnlichen Vorfall. Auch in Düsseldorf hatte sich eine Person beschwert und die jahrelang friedlich stattfindende Tanz Veranstaltung in der Nähe des Landtags am Rhein wurde deshalb verboten. Düsseldorf hat aber inzwischen offenbar erkannt, dass das Tanzen an einem öffentlichen Ort keine Bedrohung ist und hat das Tanzen dort nun sogar offiziell erlaubt. Hamburg wird hoffentlich genauso schlau sein.

Gemeinschaftlicher Raum darf nicht vereinnahmt werden

Nicht alle Menschen mögen Salsa- oder Bachata-Musik. Was für einige ein positives Erlebnis ist, kann für andere störend sein – besonders für Anwohner:innen und alle, die den Schwanenwik zur Ruhe oder Erholung nutzen. Musik im Freien erreicht zwangsläufig auch die Umstehenden. Öffentliche Flächen sollen allen dienen, nicht einseitig vereinnahmt werden. Genehmigungsverfahren schützen vor solchen Konflikten.
