Wo gib es ähnliches in der Region? Warum müssen Bürger ausgesperrt werden? Wer sich am und auf dem Wasser aufhalten möchte muss doch noch die Möglichkeit haben, natürlich im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt doch schon ausgewiesene Gebiete.

Ich denke den Naturschutz kann man auch im Einklang mit dem Schiffsanleger bringen. Den Naturschutz auszuschließen ist immer eine schlechte Wahl.
