I Im Bahnhofsviertel gibt es sicher viele Probleme. Allerdings führt die Initiative der Anwohner_innen und die Berichterstattung zu einer einseitigen Fokussierung auf die Junkies. Kapazitäten der Polizei werden nun noch verstärkt dafür eingesetzt, Drogenkonsumenten und andere Gruppen zu kriminalisieren. Ich konnte dabei oft den Gebrauch unverhältnismäßiger Mittel seitens der Polizei beobachten.

II Auch führt eine kopflose Polizeipräsenz, der Präsenz willen, nicht zu einer Lösung der Probleme, sondern zur weiteren Konfrontation. Angebracht wäre eine Diskussion über mehr soziale Unterstützung und Perspektiven für viele Menschen im Bahnhofsviertel sowie den durchdachten Einsatz polizeilicher Ressourcen (z.B. Ermittlungen gegen Menschenhandel, Gewalt gegen Frauen usw.) .

Keine Macht den Drogen.

Es ist für jeden einfach: Keine Straftaten begehen und einfach keine illegalen Drogen kaufen, konsumieren oder damit handeln. Vermutlich sind die gesetzlichen Regelungen viel zu lasch. Hopp-Hopp: Ab ins Zuchthaus mit diesen kriminellen Vögeln.

Law and Order?

Ich verstehe ihre Petition ehrlicherweise nicht. Ist es nicht legitim, ass sich Anwohner des Bahnhofsviertels äußern, wenn sie sich bedroht fühlen? Ich habe den Blog gelesen, und habe nicht entnehmen können, das die Abwohner "Law and Order" fordern. Ich habe das Gefühl, das sie doch eher die Politik adressieren sollten, die, wie sie ja schreiben, law and order während der Blockupy Proteste ausprobiert hat.
