Die Quarantäne übt psychischen Druck aus. Dies ist ein sehr ungünstiger Faktor für die Immunität (ich fühle es selbst und sehe es in meiner Familie). Das Schwimmbad kann daher zu einem kraftvollen Erholungsfaktor werden.
