Für mich ist es wichtig mit dem ÖPNV zu fahren um die Arztpraxis Hafenhaus zu erreichen. Und diese möchte ich im Krankheitsfall schnell erreichen und nicht noch irgendwo umsteigen müssen.

Nutzung widerspricht den Festsetzungen des Bebauungsplans

Der Bebauungsplan aus dem Jahr 2004 setzt fest, dass am Standort des Hafenhauses "nur hafenbezogene Gewerbebetriebe zulässig" sind. Die Ansiedlung der Arztpraxis dort war somit von Anfang an eine unternehmerische Fehlentscheidung.

Hafen ist kein geeigneter Standort für eine Hausarztpraxis

Eine Hausarztpraxis gehört zur Grundversorgung und sollte daher wohnortnah zur Verfügung stehen. Das Hafenhaus befindet sich fernab jeglicher Wohnbebauung in einem Gewerbegebiet. Eine Verlagerung der Arztpraxis in einen Bereich, der zu Fuß und mit Buslinien besser zu erreichen ist, ist daher sinnvoll.
