Entfristung und Aufstockung

Der Fonds sollte entfristet und aufgestockt werden. OK, es gibt die Sachleistungen und die Rentenersatzleistungen. Für die Sachleistungen müssen die Ausgaben haarklein belegt werden, was ich nicht OK finde. Die Rentenersatzleistungen sind nur ein unzureichender Ausgleich für jahrelang geleistete Zwangsarbeit, an der die Betreiber der Heime nicht schlecht verdienten. Viel zu wenig Berücksichtigung finden die psychischen Belastungen, die ehemalige Heimkinder ein Leben lang begleiten.
