Bereits 2010 stimmte der damalige Stadtrat einem Bürgerbündnis zu, das Haus zu erhalten. Die Zusage galt nur aufgrund des Betrachtungszeitraums des Stadtentwicklungskonzeptes bis 2025. Wir fordern den Erhalt bis 2035+, nach dem Leitbild Hoyerswerda 2030, weil es schützenswertes, baukulturelles Erbe im Stadtbild erhalten möchte.

Der Erhalt des Hochhauses würde es der Stadt ermöglichen, flexibel auf zukünftige Bevölkerungsentwicklungen zu reagieren. Ein Abriss nimmt der Stadt die Möglichkeit, auf zukünftige Entwicklungen zu reagieren, gerade in einer Zeit, wo deutschlandweit Sozialwohnungen fehlen.

Ich bin prinzipiell für den Abriss fast leer stehender Wohngebäude um vorzubeugen, dass daraus keine Asylbewerberheime werden. Da in Hoywoy aber der Anteil älterer Menschen überwiegt, ist das Knie mit Fahrstuhl und Balkone absolut erhaltenswert. Welcher Rentner kann sich neugeschaffene "moderne" Wohnungen leisten?

Genau richtig so

Habt ihr alle mal ins Haus geschaut? Unzumutbar. Ungepflegt. Niemand hat es überhaupt nach der Innensanierung geschätzt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Klientel was da wohnt. Null altersgerecht. Überall Schwellen in der Wohnung. Fahrstuhl hält auch nicht in jeder Etage. Es muss unfassbar viel Geld eingesetzt werden. Es wird Zeit, sich davon zu trennen!!

Überlegungen

Leute seid realist. gegenüber manch anderer mod.zurückgebauter Häuser, ist dieses Haus einfach wirtsch. sowie ökol./enev vollkommen unattraktiv und für den Eigentümer schwer haltbar. Und klar kann man sagen,warum hat die Verw. nicht schon lang was getan?stellt euch einen großen Tisch vor aber nur ein kleines Platzdeckchen, jeder zieht dran! Man kann nicht immer und überall gleichzeitig investieren.Die BA83 hatte die letzten 10J. bereits einen Schutz und ist kein deut besser dadurch geworden.🖖🤔

Rückbau notwendig

Letzten 10 Jahre schon im Schutz gewesen, nichts erneuert! Alles müsste erneuert werden und würde zu sehr hohen Mieterhöhungen führen. Technisch und Brandschutz unterirdisch. Lieber andere Häuser modernisieren!
