Verantwortung des Landkreises...

Welcher Sportverein in der gesamten Grafschaft hat bei Heimspielen mehr als 600 Zuschauer? Und das bei einer Mannschaft, die abgeschlagen unten in der Tabelle steht! Die Halle ist (ausser der Toiletten) samt Zuschauerränge mit Ritterstube absolut in Ordnung. Wer schon mal in Hamburg-Farmsen, Dortmund usw. war, wundert sich, welch Schmuckstück man bei uns hat. Warum etwas weg geben, was andere in der Region Lingen, Meppen usw. nicht haben?

Sportarten

Eissportvereinen wie der Abteilung Eiskunstlauf und Eishockey wird jede Möglichkeit genommen ihre Arbeit fortzuführen. Gerade der Bereich Eishockey war im Vergleich zu Vereinen im Fussball oder anderen Sportarten einer der Zuschauerstärksten.

Es hat etwas mit Lebensqualität zu tun, dass man eine Eissporthalle oder ein Kino in seiner Umgebung hat. Es sollte das Ziel sein Lebensqualität zu steigern, nicht zu senken. Daher: Versucht was möglich ist, dass die Eissporthalle bleibt!

Es ist nicht viel los in der Halle. Sei es bei der öffentlichen Laufzeit / Eistanz ,wo man meist die Leute an einer Hand abzählen kann, oder bei den erfolgslosen und Pleiten Rittern. Halle zu und in wichtigere Sachen investieren!

Die Anlage bzw. deren Modernisierung ist unwirtschaftlich - das ist nun mal Fakt. Was soll diese Petition daran ändern? Wer soll das bezahlen? Wie wäre es, wenn der Petitionsersteller mit einer Sammelbüchse los geht, dadurch steigen die Chancen mehr als mit den gesammelten Unterschriften hier.

Beim 1. Bürgerentscheid lagen den Bürgern die Fakten (z.B. die Gesamtkosten) nicht vor. Die Gesamtkosten stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Nutzen der Halle.
