Wem gehören die Rechte?

Was dagegen spricht? Der Autor hat die Rechte nicht mehr und kann sie daher nicht verlängern. Er hat ggf. die Rechte selbst verkauft an ein Unternehmen das die Rechte vermietet oder weiterveräußert. Soll heissen: Ihr steht da in USA und tanzt mit Eurer Raupe vor und der sagt Euch, "toll, finde ich super, aber ich kanns nicht ändern." Das wäre natürlich übel.
