Rettet dei ambulante Pflege!

Es ist richtig das jede Pflegekraft einen Tariflohn erhalten muss! Dieser muss vom Kostenträger refinanziert werden. Die Krankenkassen geben den ambulanten Pflegediensten aber keine auskömmliche Vergütung. Dies bedeutet Diakonie, DRK Awo ect. müssen das durch Beiträge oder Spenden gegenfinanzieren private Pflegedienste gehen in die insolvenz! Das kann nicht im Sinn der Pflegebedüftigen oder des Pflegepersonals sein!

Jede Pflegekraft hat zumindest Tariflohn verdient, daran sollen und müssen sich auch die provaten Pflegedienste halten. Warum sollten Pflegekräfte unter Tarif arbeiten müssen, nur weil sie in einem pfivaten Unternehmen angestellt sind?
