What are arguments in favour of the petition?

Hallo liebe Naturschützer! Konrad von Danwitz errichtet auf geschätzten 2500 m² Fläche ca. 25 Wohneinheiten. 25 Baugrundstücke im Neubaugebiet am Simmersee benötigen ca. 17.500 m² Fläche, bei geschätzten 700 m² pro Baugrundstück.. Und? Was gemerkt?? Das ist keine höhere Mathematik, da reichen 3 Finger zum nachrechnen.
