Presseberichten ist zu entnehmen, dass der zuständigen Behörde kein Antrag zugegangen ist und hier muss man festhalten, wenn ein Interesse des Pächters daran besteht diese Örtlichkeit zu betreiben, dann sind die Voraussetzungen für eine Genehmigung für den Betrieb zu sorgen, bzw. der Inhaber. Empfindlichkeiten gewisser Gruppierungen spielen hier keine Rolle, da es um sachliche Voraussetzungen geht.
