Masslosigkeit und Wortbruch

Weil nach der Grundsteuerreform zum 1.1.25 viele Grundsteuermessbeträge höher ausfallen und die Verwaltung hierzu noch keine genauenZahlen genannt hat und die Neiberechnung aufkommensneutral bleiben muss ! Dies wird durch diese drastische Erhöhung auf Bundeshöhstwert konterkariert !

Hebesatz Overath

Der Stadtrat hat in der letzten Ratssitzung einstimmig für eine Vertagung der Entscheidung gestimmt. Niemand möchte diese Steuererhöhung. Zunächst werden in den Haushaltsberatungen Möglichkeiten gesucht, die Erhöhung so gering wie möglich zu halten. Zwingend notwendig wird diese, wenn eine Zwangsverwaltung des Haushalts droht. Denn dann sind alle notwendigen und geplanten Projekte (z.B. Sanierung Cyriax, Turnhallen, etc) in ihrer Umsetzung gefährdet. Das möchte mit Sicherheit auch niemand.
