Nicht alle Familien haben ein Auto. Nicht alle Familien haben im Notfall zwei Erwachsene zur Betreuung von Geschwistern zur Hand. Und mit Auto steht man Samstags im Stau. Das mit kotzendem oder fieberndem oder vor Schmerzen weinendem Kind? Und bei Einweisung sitzt man dann in Singen?

Ehrliche Frage: Geht es bei der Praxis eben nicht um Notfälle? Soweit ich weiß werden Notfälle (also mit Krankenwagen und anschließender stationärer Behandlung) doch eh im Krankenhaus behandelt? Es geht doch also eher um Krankheiten, die jetzt nicht lebensbedrohlich sind, aber am Wochenende auftreten, oder?
