Es besteht ein Missverständnis, wenn angenommen wird, eine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf 200 km/h soll heißen, dass es in jeder Verkehrssituation möglich sein soll, 200 zu fahren. Selbstverständlich nicht.
