Missstände oder sonstiges muss behoben werden und mehr Personal gestellt werden. Auch die Eltern müssen angehört werden. Aber eine Hetzjagd und Mobbing der Leitung ist absolut nicht ok und beschreibt leider keine gute Gesellschaft.

Der Weg, welchen die Eltern da gewählt haben ist sehr unkonstruktiv. So löst man nichts. Außerdem hat man sich da viel zu emotional und unsachlich auf vermeintliche Fakten gestützt, welche vom Hörensagen ehemaliger Fachkräfte kamen. Das lässt sich gar nicht verifizieren und ist unprofessionell. An dem Betreuungsschlüssel und der Personalnot muss sich etwas ändern. Aber das hat die Kita Leitung absolut nicht allein in der Hand. In der Kita PiMo wird sehr gute pädagogische Arbeit geleistet.

Hallo, ich bin einer der Eltern aus dem Artikel. Wir haben nun auch einen offenen Brief an den Träger gerichtet. Wir machen den Erziehern explizit keinen Vorwurf – sie sind (schon wieder) komplett auf sich allein gestellt. Ja, der Betreuungsschlüssel ist schlecht. Alle Dresdner Kitas leiden darunter – und das kritisieren wir ebenfalls! Gleichzeitig ist der Fall PiMo speziell: Die Leitung hat nachweislich in mehreren Fällen weggeschaut, war abwesend und hat Erzieher gegeneinander ausgespielt.

Der Personalmangel ist natürlich in allen städtischen Kitas spürbar. Nur wird er in der Kita PiMo besonders schlecht gemanaged.
