Ein Moped zu bewegen ist weder besonders schwer noch bedarf es besonderen Wissens oder Lebenserfahrung.Wählen ist da was ganz anderes.Aufgrund welcher Information/welchen Wissens will man mit 16 eine fundierte Entscheidung treffen?M.E. sollte das Wahlalter eher heraufgesetzt werden.
