die Petition ist mit Nachdruck zu unterstützen da der einzelne Bürger, und besonders die Pflegebedürftigen, ihre Angehörigen sowie die Mitarbeiter der Pflegeberufe bereits hinreichend " überbürokratisiert " sind. Zwingend muss der einzelne zu Pflegende wieder in den Mittelpunkt aller Bemühungen gerückt werden...
