Volksabstimmung auf Bundesebene > Es ist eine Petition, die sehr konkret durch ein von ca. 3000 Menschen gewähltes Ausführungsgesetz als Grundlage nimmt und dies dem Bundestag vorlegt. Darin sind alle Abstimmungsprozeduren enthalten. Die bisherigen Petitionen in diese Richtung fordern nur verbal, wir als Gemeinwohl-Lobby sagen wie es geht.

Bürgerbeteiligung

Bei manchen Entscheidungen, die vom Parlament getroffen werden, hat man das Gefühl, sie werden nicht zugunsten des Volkes, sondern aus Lobbyismus getroffen. Bei einer Volksabstimmung hätte man dagegen, selbst wenn die eigene Position keine Mehrheit findet, das Gefühl, dass die Entscheidung demokratisch getroffen wurde.

Unklarer Inhalt der Petition

Der Gesetzentwurf steht nicht im Petitionstext. Stattdessen wird auf eine Internet-Seite verwiesen, auf welcher der Text aber ebenfalls nicht steht, sondern lediglich als PDF-Datei zum Herunterladen angeboten wird. Unter diesen Umständen unterschreibe ich nicht. Und ich frage mich, ob diese Petition dann so überhaupt gültig wäre. Unter Transparenz verstehe ich jedenfalls etwas anderes...

Wenn ich mir die Umfragewerte und Wahlergebnisse der radikalen Parteien anschaue finde ich die Vorstellung gruselig, dass diese Wählerschaft über komplexe Sachfragen abstimmen soll.

Gesetzestext zum Bundesweiten Volksabstimmung

Lieber Leser bitte prüfe mal, über was den hier den abgestimmt werden soll!? Der Bundestag soll ein Ausführungs-Gesetz zum Bundesweiten Volksabstimmung machen!?? Ja, wirklich?! Welches den? Das Ergebnis kannst Du in den div. Bundesländer wahrnehmen, dort werden die Reglungen so gemacht, das diese kaum umsetzbar sind.(Berlin: s.Abstimmungs-Quorum!) Mal wieder ein unüberlegter Aktionismus, welcher hier zu Tage kommt! Sehr Schade! Alternativ: www.Unsere-Verfassung.de Bitte auch prüfen!
