Versicherer wie die Allianz sind ein wichtiger Teil des globalen kapitalistischen Systems, indem sie das Risiko von Waffenunternehmen absichern und aktiv in den Rüstungssektor investieren. Sie ermöglichen es Waffenunternehmen, zu expandieren, ungestraft zu töten und von diesem tödlichen Geschäft zu profitieren.

Wir verurteilen, dass die Allianz vom Völkermord an Menschen und dem Planeten profitiert. 

Am 26. Januar 2024 stellte der Internationale Gerichtshof fest, dass es plausible Gründe für die Annahme gibt, dass Israel in Gaza Völkermord begeht. Gemäß den vorläufigen Maßnahmen sind Staaten und Unternehmen durch die Völkermordkonvention verpflichtet, Völkermord zu verhindern und zu bestrafen. 

Die Allianz hat jedoch keine Anzeichen für Änderung gezeigt.

Trotz ihrer mangelnden Bereitschaft, ihren Kurs zu ändern, sind Unternehmen wie die Allianz nach wie vor der Logik des Profits verpflichtet. Ihre Schwäche liegt im Verlust ihres guten Rufs und entgangenen Gewinnen. Aus diesem Grund glauben wir, dass es an der Zeit ist, dass die Zivilgesellschaft (und die Kund*innen) eingreifen und Druck auf die Führung der Allianz ausüben. Als Bürger*innen und Kund*innen sagen wir, dass wir solche völkermörderischen Geschäftspraktiken nicht unterstützen. Wir wollen zu einer Welt beitragen, die sich für die Befreiung aller Menschen einsetzt. 

Zu diesem Zweck fordere ich die Allianz auf: 

·  ihren Vertrag mit Elbit Systems am 1. November 2025 nicht zu verlängern. 

·  die Versicherung und Investitionen von Elbit Systems und allen weiteren Rüstungs-, Waffen- und fossilen Unternehmen, die sich am Völkermord in Gaza und an Kriegsverbrechen auf der ganzen Welt mitschuldig machen, einzustellen und sich aus diesen Unternehmen zurückzuziehen.

Insurers like Allianz are a key part of the global capitalist system, by underwriting the risk of weapon companies and actively investing in the arm sector. They enable weapon companies to expand, kill with impunity and profit from this deadly business.

We condemn Allianz profiting of the genocide of people and the planet. 

On 26 January 2024, the International Court of Justice found there are plausible grounds to believe that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Under the provisional measures, States and Corporations are required by the Genocide Convention to prevent and to punish genocide.  

Allianz however has shown no signs of change.

Nevertheless, despite their unwillingness to change course, companies like Allianz are still bound by the logic of profit. Their weakness lies in loss of reputation and missed earnings. For this reason, we believe that it is time for civil society (and customers) to step in and apply pressure on Allianz's leadership. As citizens (and customers) we say that we do not support such genocidal business practices. We want to contribute to a world that strives for the liberation of all people.  

To this effect, I demand that Allianz:  

· Does not renew its contract with Elbit Systems on November 1st, 2025. 

· Stops insuring&investing and starts divesting from Elbit Systems and all other arms, weapons, fossil fuel companies that are complicity in the genocide in Gaza and in war crimes around the world

٤. تبيع أليانز بوليصة التأمين وتستثمر أكثر من ٢.٣ مليار دولار (٦٠٠ مليون دولار لبوليصة التأمين + ١.٧ مليار دولار استثمارات) في شركات الوقود الأحفوري التي تُساهم في تدمير البيئة وتُغذي آلة الحرب الإسرائيلية. وتشمل هذه الشركات بي بي، وإكسون موبيل، وشيفرون، التي تُزوّد الجيش والقوات الجوية الإسرائيلية بالنفط الخام.

في الأول من نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2025، تعتزم شركة أليانز تمديد عقدها الخطير مع شركة إلبيت سيستمز. لا يمكننا السماح بحدوث ذلك.

ولتحقيق هذه الغاية، فإنني أدعو التحالف إلى: · عدم تجديد العقد مع شركة إلبيت سيستمز بتاريخ 1 نوفمبر 2025. · وقف التأمين والاستثمارات في شركة إلبيت سيستمز والانسحاب منها وجميع شركات الأسلحة والوقود الأحفوري الأخرى المتواطئة في الإبادة الجماعية في غزة وجرائم الحرب في جميع أنحاء العالم.
