Bürgerbeteiligung

Wenn es ein echtes kooperatives Bürgerbeteiligungsverfahren zum B-Plan am Groten Pohl gäbe, dann würde Rostock beim nächsten Ranking vom "Mehr Demokratie e.V." sicherlich bessere Noten bekommen als bei dem aktuellen Ranking 2025. Da gibt es auf der kommunalen Ebene für M-V nur die Schulnote 4,3. In anderen Bundesländern und Kommunen ist Bürgerbeteiligung viel einfacher.
