Shisha Tabak ist eindeutig von Normalen Pfeifentabak zu unterscheiden, somit wäre es sehr einfach, das 5% Prozent Gesetz für diesen aufzuheben!!!!

Durch die 5% Grenze wird Shishatabak von vielen "Rauchern" aus dem Ausland bezogen. Dem Staat entgehen, durch diese illegale Weise, Jährlich Steuereinnahmen.

Verbraucherschutz

Gesetz dient dem Verbraucherschutz bei Pfeifenrauchern (Streckung durch hohen Feuchtigkeisanteil wird verhindert). Im Falle der Shisharaucher ist es ein Gesetz für den Verbraucherschutz, das den Verbraucher benachteiligt. Durchdachte Gesetzgebung sieht anders aus!

Das Gesetz verführt den Endverbraucher dazu, sich reines Glycerin andersweitig zu besorgen und sich den Tabak selbst anzufeuchten. Dies ist falsch angewendet sicher gefährlicher als fertig Feuchten Tabak erwerben zu können.

Verbraucherschutz

Durch das Gesetz wird gewährleistet, dass immer die annähernd gleiche Menge Tabak in einer Packung ist. Das Strecken von Tabak wird somit unterbunden. Der Tabak kann im Nachhinein genauso gut angefeuchtet werden.
