Gegen die Menschenrechte!

"(1) Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar. Sie zu achten und zu schützen ist Verpflichtung aller staatlichen Gewalt." - Art. 1 (1) BGB Es kann doch nicht sein, dass ein Land wie Deutschland, das die Menschenrechte als Grundlage der demokratischen Ordung im BGB drin stehen hat, den Tod eines jungen Menschens verursacht??!!!

Fahrlässige Tötung??

Wenn Deutschland Herrn Amiri nach Italien überstellt und Herr Amiri dort aufgrund mangelnder medizinischen Versorgung infolge eines Unfalls oder sonstiges stirbt, ist das nicht eine fahrlässige Tötung? „§ 222 Fahrlässige Tötung Wer durch Fahrlässigkeit  den Tod eines Menschen verursacht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.“ – § 222 StGB

Er ist 2010 illegal eingereist, oder? Dann wurde er abgeschoben und ist wieder illegal nach Deutschland eingereist, oder? Wenn er nicht nach Italien will, wie wäre es mit einem Flug nach Afghanistan? Dort konnte er als Bluter ja auch überleben, sonst wäre er nicht hier, oder? Dann kann dort ja nicht so schlecht gewesen sein. Wirtschaftsflüchtling?
